The role
As a Data Scientist, you will partner with Product, Finance, Payments, Security, Risk, Growth and Go-to-Market teams to drive decisions through data-driven insights.
You will build machine learning and statistical models, perform causal inference, optimization, and run experiments to optimize systems and outcomes.
Your work spans product analytics, forecasting, risk management, liquidity and growth experiments, translating complex analyses into actionable recommendations.
You will deploy models into production, tune thresholds, and design robust experiments or causal designs to quantify impact.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will own multiple projects with attention to detail and a bias for action.
A builder's mindset and strong business acumen are essential to challenge assumptions and deliver measurable impact.
