The role
Line 1: Join a fast-moving AI-powered customer experience platform project as a Senior Software AI Engineer.
Line 2: Design, build, and maintain backend microservices and APIs for a prototype that uses retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) with LLMs.
Line 3: Integrate conversational messaging APIs with AWS-based services (API Gateway, Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB) and external APIs.
Line 4: Develop event-driven workflows, data models, and ETL pipelines for live logistics data and proactive notifications.
Line 5: Focus on prompt engineering, guardrails, observability, and cost/model quality monitoring, collaborating with AI/NLP specialists.
Line 6: Work in a multilingual, remote-friendly environment and contribute to scalable, secure, and compliant AI-enabled customer experiences.
