The role
Lead complex analytical projects by defining problem statements, formulating hypotheses, and conducting rigorous analysis to uncover trends and opportunities across functions.
Develop strategic insights and actionable recommendations for business stakeholders and leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand priorities and identify high-impact analytics opportunities.
Design and implement advanced analytical models using statistical techniques, machine learning concepts, and data mining to drive predictive insights and segmentation.
Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards (Amazon QuickSight) to communicate findings clearly.
Champion data literacy and promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.
