The role
Work on building conversational, multi-modal agent experiences powered by 1P and 3P tools within Gemini and Gemini Live.
Focus on improving the Tool Use platform and horizontal model quality across APIs and MCPs, enabling robust function calling and tool chaining across turns.
Develop data collection and evaluation infrastructure, including auto-evaluators and automatic prompt optimization to scale evaluation and MCP integrations.
Ship end-to-end production features with cross-functional teams, turning prototypes into production-ready capabilities.
Work with state-of-the-art LLMs and multimodal models; experience with fine-tuning (SFT, RLHF) and prompt optimization is a plus.
