The role
Lead media relations and public relations efforts to advance the organization’s mission, patient care quality, and community trust.
Oversee external PR agency partnerships and approve press releases, statements, and announcements related to clinical programs and organizational milestones.
Draft executive talking points, speeches, briefings, and Q&A materials; provide strategic messaging counsel to senior leaders.
Coordinate crisis and issues management, rapid response, and cross-functional collaboration with legal, compliance, and clinical teams.
Plan and support events, conferences, and community engagements; manage abstracts, submissions, and speaking opportunities.
Track timelines, calendars, and outcomes with reporting dashboards to drive continuous improvement in communications impact.
