The role
A factory labourer is responsible for assembling electrical boxes using power tools, grinding, deburring, polishing, and processing metals with routers. The role includes spot welding, assisting with press operations, and possibly MIG and TIG welding. Organising and cleaning the work environment to maintain safety standards is essential. Candidates should be energetic, adaptable, and able to perform repetitive tasks with good hand-eye coordination and proficiency with hand tools. Following detailed work instructions accurately is also required in this role. The job promotes a safe, efficient work environment within a manufacturing setting in Cambridge, Ontario.
