The role
You will lead the data science efforts behind planning and optimizing a rental fleet. You will mentor a team of 2-3 data scientists to deliver high-impact solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision making. You will develop explainable long-term demand forecasts that drive fleet planning and investment strategies. You will build optimization and simulation models to support fleet steering decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deploy, monitor, and maintain production-grade ML models using Python and AWS.
