The role
Lead and scale the Machine Learning Engineering team, turning data science models into production-grade ML applications on our central MLOps platform.
Define and enforce ML engineering standards, patterns, and quality benchmarks to enable scalable, maintainable ML solutions.
Set technical strategy and architecture across data science, MLOps, and engineering, aligning with business objectives and communicating designs to tech leadership.
Bridge platform capabilities with practical guidance for data science teams while translating ML engineering needs back to the MLOps platform team.
Foster collaboration and excellence by mentoring engineers, building cross-functional relationships, and nurturing a culture of innovation.
Bring hands-on technical credibility and strategic vision to guide architecture reviews and critical implementations.
