The role
Handle AIA documentation and owner billings with complete supporting materials.
Review, process, and track subcontractor payment applications and general conditions invoices.
Enter and monitor owner billings, budget changes, purchase orders, and subcontractor/vendor invoices to keep records accurate and current.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements and reconcile job cost detail to update budgets.
Participate in monthly project meetings and respond to ad-hoc financial requests from Project Management.
Assist with project close-out and special financial projects as directed.
