The role
The Level I RN provides specialized, high-acuity care in CCU with a focus on acute coronary management.
Responsibilities include direct patient care, hemodynamic monitoring, and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
Requires NYS RN license, BLS, infection control training, and an Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with 11.5-hour scheduled days and nights that vary.
Cardiac/ICU nursing experience is preferred; opportunities for specialization and ongoing professional development.
Emphasizes ethics, professional standards, effective communication, and participation in performance improvement activities.
