The role
Lead end-to-end onboarding and manage the new hire experience from offer through the first 90 days.
Administer UKG Ready workflows, maintain HRIS data accuracy, and support day-to-day hire processing.
Coordinate pre-hire steps including background checks, I-9 verification, and multi-state compliance.
Serve as the primary AskHR administrator, responding to employee inquiries and triaging complex issues.
Support reporting, audits, and data integrity for onboarding, headcount, payroll alignment, and timekeeping.
This onsite role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and a strong customer-service orientation.
