The role
A Legal Counsel in Manchester is responsible for advising on lending and financing activities, including structuring and negotiating bridge and real estate finance transactions. The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documentation, supporting transaction execution from start to finish, and managing legal and regulatory risks. The candidate will provide practical legal advice to various business stakeholders, liaising with internal teams to facilitate financing processes. Strong expertise in banking, finance, and secured lending structures is required, alongside excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
