The role
A large loss personal injury lawyer handles complex, high-value injury claims, supporting a team and managing their own caseload of multi-track cases. They advise clients on liability and quantum, draft legal documents, and analyse medical and liability evidence, attending mediations and client meetings. The role requires experience in defendant personal injury claims, multi-track case management, and civil litigation practice. Technical skills include knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and legal drafting. The position offers opportunities to develop litigation expertise within a collaborative team environment. The role may have hybrid working arrangements with a minimum of one day in the office.
