The role
As a Concrete Laborer, you will support foremen, carpenters, form setters, and finishers on commercial construction projects.
Perform general labor, site clean-up, and assist with setting and stripping wall forms and concrete pours.
Move materials manually and with equipment, prepare worksites, and support the concrete crew during pours and finishes.
Operate power tools and motorized equipment, monitor processes, and perform routine maintenance on tools.
Follow OSHA safety guidelines and participate in Safety Pre-Task Planning; safety-sensitive responsibilities are required.
This role demands high stamina, physical effort, teamwork, and reliable attendance in all conditions.
