The role
Lead the ongoing development of intelligent agents that perform complex supply chain tasks with reliability and autonomy.
Architect distributed, 24/7 systems handling multi-million-user workloads and planning multi-step workflows.
Define multi-year technical roadmaps, evaluating AI model deployments, safety constraints, and reliability frameworks.
Drive enterprise-grade observability and cloud infrastructure practices while mentoring engineers and promoting best practices.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and customers to validate approaches, gather insights, and shape features.
Own hiring decisions and contribute to a culture of continuous learning, execution excellence, and stakeholder alignment.
