The role
Seeking an experienced HVAC Construction Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial projects.
Review drawings and specifications to define project scope and perform quantity takeoffs.
Obtain pricing from suppliers and subcontractors, and coordinate vendor quotes.
Develop competitive bids and proposals, ensuring alignment with project managers for a smooth handoff.
Requires 2–3+ years of HVAC estimating or mechanical construction, strong blueprint reading, and meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel and estimating software is preferred; this is an in-person role with competitive compensation and benefits.
