The role
Provide engineering technical support for MicroGrid equipment including switchgear and generators, focusing on safe, reliable operation.
Act as liaison to factory engineering to resolve field start-up, commissioning, and troubleshooting issues encountered on-site.
Lead field retrofit initiatives, engineering change notices, and updates to drawings and settings files.
Deliver on-site and remote technical assistance, escalate critical issues, and drive action plans and root-cause analyses.
Commission complex PLC-based projects controlling large distribution systems, including ATS monitoring and load-shedding schemes.
Troubleshoot generator controllers, protective relays, and PLCs across switchgear and related equipment, and contribute to technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
