The role
Develop and deploy machine learning and generative AI solutions to solve business challenges across retail operations.
Design robust models, prototype quickly, and evaluate performance both statistically and by business impact.
Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers and Software Engineers to ensure scalable, production-ready solutions.
Translate complex problems into data science insights and communicate clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stay current with GenAI and LLM advances, exploring how new techniques can enhance data products.
Work in a hybrid office/remote pattern in Welwyn Garden City, with a culture of learning and knowledge sharing.
