The role
Provide administrative support for the Court Improvement Program (CI), Foster Care Review Board (FCRB), and the Parent Assistance Hotline (PAH), including preparing materials and correspondence.
Manage mailings, financial documentation, calendar notices, and general correspondence.
Answer, track, and report on calls to the PAH, offering callers guidance and referrals to the appropriate agencies.
Assist in producing the annual PAH utilization report and maintain administrative records per the retention schedule.
Support committee and board meetings by maintaining contact lists, preparing records, and running QA and statistical reports on the FCRB tracking system.
Handle multiple tasks with strong organization, communication, and MS Office proficiency; may be eligible for hybrid telework after three months.
