The role
Provide real-time troubleshooting and technical support for production and test equipment to minimize downtime.
Apply manufacturing best practices to meet critical success factors and production goals.
Participate in preventive maintenance and continuous improvement of fixtures, tooling, and processes.
Support new product development and ensure error-free processing with updated work instructions and procedures.
Diagnose root causes of mechanical and electrical equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
Learn product operation and technologies while supporting safety initiatives and warranty return repairs.
