The role
Build scalable systems to train and fine-tune large-scale generative models that produce realistic driving behaviors.
Lead the development and iteration of reinforcement learning algorithms, reward functions, and training paradigms for high-fidelity driving scenarios.
Advance deep learning and generative AI (LLM/VLM) solutions to automate workflows, triage data, and analyze self-driving behavior for anomalies.
Oversee production-ready ML models evaluating a vast fleet, focusing on robust performance and reliability at scale.
Incorporate best practices for RL from human feedback (RLHF) data collection and evaluation across platforms.
Collaborate with Prediction, Planning, and Research teams and senior leadership to drive strategic ML initiatives.
