The role
Lead data-driven analysis of Starlink hardware performance and reliability post-factory to guide product quality and customer experience.
Build and maintain data science infrastructure, data pipelines, and analytics tools to ingest, transform, and combine data from multiple sources.
Conduct technical investigations with tight timelines, presenting findings to executives and cross-functional teams.
Develop and deploy production-ready ML models and analytics pipelines to improve reliability and drive business outcomes.
Collaborate across engineering, production, test, inventory, quality, and supply chain to translate data into actionable improvements.
On-site role in Bastrop, TX with willingness to work extended hours and travel up to 25%.
