Senior Estimator – Construction & Groundworks

The Senior Construction Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects, working closely with various teams across the business. The role involves managing full tender processes from initial enquiry through to final bid submission, with an emphasis on risk management and value engineering. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in civil engineering and groundworks estimation, with strong skills in pricing, budgeting, and site assessment. They will mentor junior estimators and contribute to strategic bidding and long-term business growth. The position requires excellent communication with clients, suppliers, and project teams, along with technical proficiency in company software and methods. It is based at the head office in Worcester, supporting projects across the South-West and South Wales.
