The role
We are seeking an admitted attorney for a Post Conviction Relief role in San Jose, CA.
Advise clients on legal rights and draft documents related to post-conviction relief.
Handle cases including motions to vacate, expungements, motions to reduce, and early termination of probation.
Attend motion hearings, interact with clients, and collaborate with a supportive Post Conviction Relief team.
Manage open criminal cases, perform legal research, interview clients, and draft motions.
Strong candidates have criminal defense or immigration experience and excellent interpersonal skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
