The role
Define success metrics to measure product growth and identify problems through monitoring or forecasting.
Apply quantitative analysis, data mining, and experimentation to develop strategies for product optimization.
Quantify the impact of strategies through causal inference and generate actionable insights via deep-dive analysis.
Partner with Product, Engineering and cross-functional teams to influence and execute product strategy.
Demonstrate strong product sense and structured thinking to translate analysis into business decisions.
Minimum qualifications include final-year PhD or recent PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science or related field; proficiency in Python/SQL/R and experience in forecasting, inference or classification.
