The role
Lead mechanical engineering efforts for healthcare, commercial, and industrial projects, from design development through construction administration.
Design and coordinate HVAC systems, prepare plans, specifications, and calculations, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project proposals, marketing support, and technical presentations.
Coordinate the translation of design intent into construction documents during construction administration.
Model and document using Revit or CAD, develop detailed plans, and manage schedules, cost development, and client communications.
Minimum seven years of consulting experience; PE licensure strongly preferred, with Tennessee licensure preferred; LEED accreditation preferred.
