The role
Architect and own end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to ensure high code quality, security, and reliable release cycles across environments.
Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks (e.g., Pytest) supporting regression, integration, performance, smoke, and system-level validation.
Build and manage production-like test environments to enable accurate validation of infrastructure and deployments.
Drive automation across the full software development lifecycle, reducing manual processes and accelerating high-confidence releases.
Implement and oversee monitoring, logging, observability, and incident response tooling to improve system reliability and operational excellence.
Develop internal tooling and dashboards (leveraging Python and web technologies) to publish build artifacts, test results, and quality metrics; mentor engineers to promote DevOps and QA best practices.
