The role

An Oracle Application Database Administrator is required for a remote contract role, with duties including supporting Oracle E-Business Suite and database core technology, managing incidents, changes, and problem requests, and guiding customers through technical challenges. The role involves delivering consulting services, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, and leading projects such as upgrades and migrations. Essential skills include in-depth Oracle Database Core Technology knowledge, experience with RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and exposure to Oracle Middleware and Cloud platforms. Proficiency in Shell scripting, Linux/Unix/Windows OS, and Oracle WebLogic Server is also required. Additional experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, cloud operations, and security clearance will be beneficial.
