The role
Lead the development and execution of science strategy to enable high-impact pharma partnerships.
Identify and integrate novel scientific insights into collaborative programs with pharma and biotech partners.
Provide cross-functional leadership across R&D, regulatory, and commercial teams to align objectives.
Guide strategic initiatives, manage partnerships, and influence program decisions through data-driven insights.
Champion effective collaboration, priority-setting, and risk management across complex scientific initiatives.
Required: 10+ years of experience in life sciences and an advanced degree, with a track record in strategic partnerships and drug development.
