A First Line Assurance Tester provides assurance across operational processes, projects and change initiatives, verifying the effectiveness of controls and risk actions. They support assurance activities throughout the change lifecycle, including early life reviews, scenario testing, and reporting findings to stakeholders. The role requires experience in assurance, audits, risk management and knowledge of operational risk frameworks. Strong analytical, investigative, and stakeholder management skills are essential to assess complex information and communicate clearly.
