The role
Deliver urgent, high-quality patient care in emergency and critical care environments, including triage and stabilization of life-threatening conditions.
Administer emergency medications, monitor vital signs, perform EKGs, and support cardiac and respiratory needs.
Lead resuscitation efforts and invasive procedures as clinically indicated, with rapid assessment and documentation of patient progress.
Continuously assess treatment response, adjust care plans, and communicate patient status to the care team.
Demonstrate strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in high-stress settings.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain accurate records, and adhere to protocols and patient safety standards.
