The role
Focus on retail real estate with responsibilities across tenant representation, leasing, and investment sales.
Develop store growth and optimization strategies for tenants, including site selection and lease negotiation.
Analyze shopping centers, coordinate marketing, and present leasing strategies to landlords to maximize value.
