The role
Focus on retail real estate with responsibilities across tenant representation, leasing, and investment sales.
Develop store growth and optimization strategies for tenants, including site selection and lease negotiation.
Analyze shopping centers, coordinate marketing, and present leasing strategies to landlords to maximize value.
Qualify prospective tenants, tour spaces, and negotiate leases and renewals aligned with client goals.
Lead investment sales activities by building relationships with owners, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating with analysts to determine value.
Operate as a proactive, self-motivated professional with strong communication and time-management skills to close deals efficiently.
