The role
Lead strategic planning and execution for a nationwide retail real estate portfolio, directing acquisition, leasing, and facility management.
Oversee site selection and market analysis for permanent and seasonal locations, optimizing occupancy costs and lease standards.
Manage lease administration, negotiations, renewals, estoppels, SNDAs, and related documents in collaboration with legal counsel.
Provide financial oversight, including budgeting, rent reviews, cost controls, and approval of payments and reconciliations.
Coach the Real Estate team, drive cross-functional collaboration with Construction, Retail Operations, Accounting, IT, and Legal, and represent the department in leadership discussions.
Foster external relationships with landlords and brokers, stay ahead of market trends, and travel nationwide up to 40% as needed.
