The role
We are seeking a Data Scientist II to empower Customer Care teams with data-driven solutions that accelerate decision-making and improve customer and agent experiences.
You will own the full data science lifecycle—from data collection and preparation to model development and deployment.
Responsibilities include exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, descriptive statistics, and hypothesis testing to uncover insights.
You will build and evaluate machine learning models (regression, classification, clustering), selecting features and tuning performance.
Interpret results, communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and create compelling data visualizations.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business analysts to translate business needs into scalable data-driven solutions; required skills include Python or R and SQL.
