The role
Director of Human Resources
Lead HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and learning and development. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to foster a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and implement talent management strategies. Provide HR expertise to support business decisions. Evaluate and improve HR processes and systems.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration; 10+ years of progressive HR experience; strong strategic thinking, communication, and influencing skills. Professional certification in HR is desirable. Experience in technology or cybersecurity industry is a plus.
