The role
Lead distribution-center process improvements using 5S, root cause analysis, and Six Sigma to reduce losses and process variation.
Drive KPI analysis, implement standard work, and guide loss-elimination projects aligned with Performance System (WPS) programs to deliver measurable savings.
Collaborate with area managers to deploy One Best Way playbooks and build capability for sustainable improvements across the network.
Manage top-loss projects, mentor associates, and promote a culture of continuous learning and accountability.
Ensure compliance with policies and ethics while fostering a culture of belonging and integrity.
Translate data insights into actionable process changes, communicate progress to stakeholders, and adapt plans to meet customer and business needs.
