The role
Lead the data science strategy for capacity planning and resource optimization across a large-scale simulation platform.
Develop forecasting models to predict demand for CPU, GPU, storage, bandwidth, and RAM across multiple time horizons.
Design, build, and maintain capacity metrics, dashboards, and models to monitor utilization and inform investment decisions.
Propose actionable strategies for resource optimization, cost control, and risk mitigation to executives, finance, and engineering teams.
Collaborate with Simulation, Infrastructure, Finance, Product Management, and Engineering to understand demand drivers and system changes.
Build and mentor a high-performing team while delivering automated demand management, quota allocation, and resource reassignment systems.
