The role
Lead and grow a distributed team focused on training data for Generative AI.
Define and execute end-to-end data lifecycle strategies for acquiring, curating, annotating, versioning, and validating large-scale datasets.
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines across the training data lifecycle, enabling efficient model development.
Collaborate with researchers, ML engineers, and product managers to align data needs with new model objectives.
Champion data diversity, bias mitigation, privacy, and ethical AI practices across all data workflows.
Provide technical leadership, drive impactful data quality insights, and foster a culture of innovation across teams.
