The role
Lead the data science strategy and execution for the global chargeback lifecycle within a growing payments ecosystem.
Define and enforce chargeback policies, monitor performance, and respond swiftly to emerging trends and threats.
Collaborate with executive leadership to identify data-driven opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
Oversee data infrastructure development and maintenance for scalability, reliability, and security, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Drive innovation in tools, techniques, and practices to stay ahead of industry trends and optimize outcomes.
