The role

Manage hotel operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Lead department heads and staff, developing maintenance plans and strategies. Oversee maintenance activities, capital projects, and team performance. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in QUORE software.
