The role
The Lead Financial Analyst in Mississauga collaborates across the finance function to consolidate, monitor, and report on operational expenditure and profit and loss statements by business unit. The role involves supporting monthly forecasts and annual planning, providing actionable insights through scenario analysis and data aggregation. The candidate must possess strong technical skills in Power BI, Excel, and ERP reporting, with a background in financial modelling and system analysis. Being highly autonomous and able to lead high-value projects independently is essential, as is the ability to influence and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. The position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Economics, along with over five years' experience in finance, preferably in FP&A and business partnership.
