The role
Lead a team of software engineers to build and scale cutting-edge Generative AI platform applications.
Architect and implement scalable AI solutions leveraging LLMs, NVIDIA GPUs, vector databases, RAG, and MCP.
Drive software engineering best practices, CI/CD, testing strategies, and rigorous code reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and robust architectures; oversee data collection, preprocessing, and curation for model training.
Gather user feedback, iterate on designs for usability and satisfaction; mentor geographically dispersed teams and uphold high coding standards.
Provide technical leadership across Python, AWS/serverless, Terraform, Git, Linux, databases, and AI platform tooling.
