The role
Architect and own the data-to-model flywheel enabling continuous, automated improvement of the autonomous driving system.
Design and implement scalable data platforms, tooling, and governance for data collection, labeling, curation, and evaluation.
Build and optimize pipelines for pre-training, post-training, validation, and deployment of models at scale.
Coordinate cross-functional efforts across data, ML infrastructure, modeling, and evaluation teams to accelerate impact.
Establish data quality metrics and steward diverse data sources, including synthetic and third-party data.
Drive innovation in performance, efficiency, and engineering velocity, while mentoring teams and shaping technical direction.
