The role
Oversee the daily store operations at a high-volume location, delivering exceptional guest experiences and strict adherence to safety and brand standards.
Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team to maximize performance, engagement, and growth.
Plan and optimize shift schedules, staffing levels, and workflows to meet seasonal demand and budget targets.
Own stock and inventory control, minimize waste, and ensure accurate ordering and reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with local laws, health and safety requirements, and brand guidelines.
Drive sales and profitability by managing performance metrics, budgets, and continuous improvement through recruitment, training, and development.
