The role
You will work with technical and business stakeholders to translate workforce problems into robust data science solutions.
Design, develop, and test models for time series forecasting, capacity optimization, and staffing needs.
Balance service levels with resource efficiency across tactical (weeks to months) and strategic (quarterly to annual) planning horizons.
Stay current with forecasting and optimization research, applying classical or greedy methods when relevant.
Collaborate with MLOps engineers and software developers to deploy end-to-end solutions and monitor performance.
Communicate findings clearly to cross-functional teams and influence decision-making with strong analytical and business insight.
