The role
The hotel bartender is responsible for serving beverages to hotel guests in a professional manner, preparing high-quality drinks, and maintaining a welcoming bar environment. They greet guests, take orders, recommend drinks, and handle payments using the hotel's POS system. Ensuring responsible alcohol service and verifying guest identification are essential duties. The role requires excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits, as well as strong customer service and communication skills. The bartender must maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and follow health and safety standards.
