The role
The Senior Product Manager for Consumer Mobile at Gigs will own the end-to-end development of the user-facing mobile application, focusing on enhancing user experience and engagement. They will collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop prototypes, refine the user journey, and optimise app store performance, with a keen eye on key metrics such as conversion rates and NPS. The role requires extensive experience in mobile app shipping and a deep understanding of native iOS and Android development cycles, as well as customer-centric design practices. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently or in small teams, making decisions based on qualitative and quantitative insights, and have a proven track record of delivering consumer-facing mobile products. Knowledge of telecom or fintech mobile markets and experience with AI-assisted UX tools will be advantageous. The position involves shaping a core part of the company's product offerings, requiring agility, strong judgement, and a passion for seamless user experiences.
