The role
Lead the strategy, development, and execution of AI-driven autonomous shopping experiences using agentic AI.
Define and drive the Agentic Commerce roadmap, aligning with business goals and emerging trends in automated and voice-enabled shopping.
Collaborate with AI, data science, and software engineering teams to build predictive, proactive, and personalized shopping agents.
Oversee adoption of LLMs, ML algorithms, and reinforcement learning to optimize transactions while ensuring data privacy and ethical AI.
Build partnerships with AI vendors, fintech platforms, and commerce technology providers to unlock new revenue opportunities.
Champion a customer-first, frictionless experience with real-time analytics, guiding cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
