The role
A remote Frontend Developer is sought to join a small consultancy team, specialising in designing and implementing frontend applications using React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. The role involves collaborating with designers, backend developers, and clients to create responsive and accessible UI/UX, building reusable React.js components, and integrating with Node.js backend services and APIs. The successful candidate will write clean, efficient code, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and support the growth of a junior developer by providing mentorship and technical guidance. Participation in agile ceremonies and code reviews is expected to maintain development standards and team collaboration. The position requires at least three years' experience in frontend development, strong communication skills, and familiarity with version control and frontend tooling, with optional experience in TypeScript, testing frameworks, and CI/CD workflows.
