The role
Lead client-focused quality programs for AI data, developing sampling designs, audit methods, and acceptance thresholds.
Drive root-cause analyses and CAPA plans with owners, timelines, and effectiveness checks.
Plan training and certification for raters and coordinators; track completion and measure impact.
Maintain dashboards for throughput, accuracy, productivity, and cost, turning insights into actionable improvements.
Manage client escalations; present options, trade-offs, and recovery paths; standardize SOPs and templates to remove bottlenecks.
Pilot and scale small automations (macros, templates, RPA/API handoffs) and coach teams on tools, workflows, and QA craft while ensuring data security and compliance.
